At YUNZII KEYBOARD, we strive for complete satisfaction with your mechanical keyboard experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the keyboard and all accessories, including keycap pullers and cables, are placed in their original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated returns warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
